Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the intended handling for credits, subscriptions, refunds, and cancellations.

The Free Preview is available without a credit card and is designed to help you evaluate whether PRTA is useful before paying.

Credit packs

Credit packs are generally non-refundable once credits are used to unlock a readiness session.

If a technical error prevents purchased credits from being delivered or used, PRTA will attempt to fix the issue, restore credits, or provide a reasonable refund where appropriate.

Pro subscriptions

Pro subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

If a subscription was charged because of a clear billing error, contact support promptly for review.

Abuse and fraud

PRTA may deny refunds connected to abuse, chargeback fraud, account sharing intended to bypass paid access, or violation of the Terms of Use.

How to request help

For billing problems, email support@prta.io and include the account email, approximate purchase time, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or sensitive payment details.
